Introducing Dr. Alexandra'sCouple Therapist Consultation Group
The work of a couple therapist can be profoundly rewarding and surprisingly lonely. This intimate, six-month consultation group for couple therapists gives you a steady place to bring real cases, get expert guidance, and process what the work stirs up in you, alongside a community of peers who truly get it.
Founding Cohort | March - August 2026 | Limited to 10 Couple Therapists
Couple therapy asks a lot of you. You're holding two nervous systems, two histories, and a complex cycle that can wear you down and follow you home. When you're the only couple therapist in your practice – or your entire network – you're carrying all of that alone.
This consultation group exists because we need each other. It’s a group that offers clinical guidance and the kind of community that says: This work changes us. Let's talk about how. It’s a place to process what gets stirred up in you alongside the technique.
If you've been looking for like-minded therapists who understand that couples work is a crucible, this is your invitation to start your week with a supportive community led by Dr. Alexandra Solomon.
Transform Your Clinical Week
Start Your Week Grounded
Monday mornings become a place to process last week's hard sessions with people who actually understand the uncertainties you’re carrying. Look forward to starting the week in community, sharpening your skills and filling your bucket.
Move Through Stuck Moments with Clarity
That intervention you've been afraid to try? You’ll get the expert guidance to help you refine it and the boost of confidence to follow through. Clinical confidence comes from having a place to learn out loud.
Lean into Your Reactivity
Your triggers turn into useful information to use instead of a problem to manage. You'll recognize your patterns that arise when working with couples and turn that self-awareness into better clinical work.
What to Expect
TWELVE GROUP CONSULTATION SESSIONS
We will meet every other Monday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Central (8 AM Pacific / 11 AM Eastern) beginning March 30th. Dr. Alexandra provides her case presentation framework to help you deliver a successful in-depth case study presentation. These materials will be available to you on day one with highlights on relevant resources each week as topics arise during case presentations. New resources will be added as case themes develop.Topics include: infidelity, communication, differentiation, and trauma.
